Wedding Ceremonies

From welcoming your guests to celebrating your first moments as a married couple, we’ll help you create a beautiful musical experience that reflects your story.

Ceremony coverage: Standard ceremony packages include up to 90 consecutive minutes for setup and musical performance, including prelude, processional, ceremony, recessional, and postlude music. Packing up afterward does not count toward this window.

Planning a full Catholic Mass, a longer ceremony, or additional musical moments?

We’ll tailor the service window to your celebration and outline the details in your proposal.

Cocktail Hours

Keep the celebration flowing with live music while your guests mingle! From timeless classics and jazz favorites to modern pop covers, we’ll help you choose music that complements your celebration.

Cocktail-hour coverage may be added to your ceremony package or booked separately. The performance duration, ensemble, and pricing will be outlined in your personalized proposal.

Cocktail-hour coverage is additional to your ceremony package’s setup and performance window.

Starting prices is $400 per musician per hour.

Corporate & Private Events

Investment is based on

ensemble type/number of musicians
duration of time musicians are needed for an event (hourly rate)
planning & preparation of music

Musicians will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time to begin set up.

Personalize Your Celebration

Complete your music experience with cocktail-hour coverage, specialty instruments, backing tracks for select solo performances, or amplification for your musicians and officiant.

Travel is available beyond the St. Louis area. Any applicable travel and enhancement fees will be clearly outlined in your personalized proposal before booking.

As a thank-you for your service, Beau Son Strings is pleased to offer a 5% discount to teachers, active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders.

Do we need amplification?

While our ensembles mostly play acoustically, we are able to provide amplification for outside events and events in larger spaces.

The cost of this add-on includes bringing a PA system, our own power source (if needed), and any other equipment or tools to amplify our sound.

Additional time needed to set up & tear down equipment at event.

Do you offer Officiant/Speaker Microphones?

We are able to provide a microphone - handheld (with or without stand) - for an officiant if needed.

The cost of this add-on includes bringing the equipment needed and additional set up time of setting up this equipment.

Can I add backing tracks to a solo instrument performance?

Yes! Backing tracks are an optional add-on that creates a fuller sound by pairing your live solo instrument with prerecorded accompaniment.

Pricing reflects the additional preparation needed to select and coordinate tracks with your music, the amplification and audio equipment required, and the extra setup and teardown time at your event.

How Booking Works

Tell us your date, venue, and the music you’re imagining.

2. Find your ensemble
We’ll help you choose your musicians and send a personalized proposal outlining your services and investment.

3. Reserve your date
Secure your booking with a signed agreement and reservation deposit. Then, we’ll guide you through selecting the music and coordinating the details.
