All Packages Include
Two 40-Minute Consultations*
Access to Client Portal with all Forms, Documents, & Communication

Music Services on Day of Event
*Consultations are to take place only if needed/wanted by the client. All Consultations will be Virtual - Google Meet, Phone Call, FaceTime, etc.
Wedding Ceremonies
Music Services - Wedding Ceremonies:
- Prelude Music: 20-30 minutes of music as guests arrive
- Ceremony Music:
- Processional Music for Family & Wedding Party
- Music that you may want during the ceremony for example: Unity Candle, Sand Ceremony, Between Readings, etc.
- Recessional Music after pronounced Married
- Postlude Music: 1-2 songs as guests leave the ceremony space
Musicians will arrive at least one hour prior to ceremony start time to begin set up.
Beau Son Strings specializes in and has a deep knowledge of Catholic Wedding Ceremonies/Full Masses.
Cocktail Hours
Music Services - Cocktail Hour:
- The Cocktail Hour (60 minutes) can go up to 75 minutes before an additional charge will be added.
- Any music played past the time frame as stated and agreed upon in the contract will incur a charge of $50 per 15 minutes (per musician).
- This overage will be charged via invoice the day after the event and needs to be paid within 7 business days.
Musicians will arrive at least one hour prior to start time to begin set up unless this is added to a wedding package.
*If wanting to add a cocktail hour to a Wedding Ceremony Package, there will be an additional fee.
Corporate Events
Music Services - Corporate Events:
- Cost is based on
- ensemble type/number of musicians
- duration of time musicians are needed for an event (hourly rate)
- planning & preparation of music
Musicians will arrive at least one hour prior to start time to begin set up.
Proposals, Birthdays, Baby Showers, and Other Celebrations

- Travel time will be based on location from West County Center (270 & Manchester) to venue.
- If a venue is 30-60 minutes away, there is a travel fee of $50 per musician.
- If a venue is 61-120 minutes away, there is a travel fee of $100 per musician.

- While our ensembles mostly play acoustically, we are able to provide amplification for outside events and events in larger spaces.
- The cost of this add-on includes bringing a PA system, our own power source (if needed), and any other equipment or tools to amplify our sound.
- Additional time needed to set up & tear down equipment at event.
Backing Tracks

- This optional add-on gives a little more sound to your solo live instrument choice.
- Cost is based on:
- Extra time needed to organize backing tracks with music.
- Amplification in order to play backing tracks with solo instrument.
- Extra time needed to set up and tear down at event.

- We are able to provide a microphone - lavalier, headset, or handheld (with or without stand) - for an officiant if needed.
- The cost of this add-on includes bringing the equipment needed and additional set up time of setting up this equipment.
