Yes!! We love to help everyone and anyone plan music for their event! We want you to have the best experience when working with us. All of our packages include two 40 minute consultations via Google Meet, FaceTime, or in Person.

Yes! At Beau Son Strings & Ensembles we can play anything from Bach to Taylor Swift! Our musicians have decades of musical training and are able to play music from almost every genre, style, and artist.

It's best to discuss your budget and specific requirements with the musicians to receive a personalized quote.

Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount due at the time of the signed contract. The rest is not due until two weeks prior to your event date.

It's advisable to book professional musicians as early as possible to secure their availability. Popular dates and seasons tend to fill up quickly, so it's recommended to reach out and make arrangements several months in advance, especially for weddings and major events.

Beau Son Strings Cancellation Policy: 

The Client reserves the right to cancel the Agreement without obligation upon written notice to the performer on or before six weeks prior to set event date In the event of said cancellation, any payment paid will be returned promptly. *This does not include the deposit. Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation by the Client for any reason on or after one month prior to set event date, will result in forfeit of the deposit and any amount already paid.

Absolutely! Professional musicians are often experienced in performing a wide repertoire of songs. They can learn and perform specific songs that hold significance to you, such as your favorite love ballad for a wedding ceremony or a special song for a milestone celebration.

The duration of a performance can vary depending on the event and your preferences. Typically, musicians perform in sets of 45 minutes to an hour, with breaks in between. However, this can be customized to fit your event's schedule and requirements.

Yes, professional musicians usually come fully equipped with their own instruments and sound systems. However, it's always a good idea to discuss equipment requirements and any specific technical needs with the musicians beforehand to ensure a seamless performance.

Yes, professional musicians often have a broad repertoire and can perform various genres of music, from classical and jazz to pop and rock. It's always best to discuss your preferred music style with the musicians to ensure they can cater to your taste.

Many professional musicians are willing to travel for events. However, there may be additional costs involved, such as travel expenses and accommodation, which should be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Yes, Beau Son Strings can perform outdoors. Here are our Weather & Outside Performance Policies:

If ceremony/performance is outside the following conditions must be met:

• The temperature must remain above 60 degrees Fahrenheit as cold conditions pose a risk of damage to instruments, potentially leading to costly repairs. 
  • In the event that weather forecasts indicate temperatures below this threshold, a contingency plan must be established at least one week prior to the ceremony date.
• Musicians must be covered or in a shaded area. Direct sunlight and heat can cause damage to instruments that include expensive repairs.
• Should the Client opt for an outdoor event without sufficient covering, the Client acknowledges that in the event of rain without adequate protection, the performers will be relieved of all obligations. Furthermore, such circumstances will be regarded as the Client canceling the performance on that date, subjecting them to the cancellation provisions outlined above.

The space required can vary depending on the size of the ensemble and the type of instruments being played. It's best to discuss this with the musicians to ensure they have the necessary space to perform comfortably.
